We first started looking at Autobooks at the end of 2017. I was nervous that a full integration between a Fintech and CU*Answers’ It’s My Biz 247 Online Banking would be expensive and take a long time, but the DHD team worked directly with Autobooks with our consent and built a seamless integration for our business members. We were up and running in a matter of months. Now when a member wants to sign up for Autobooks the member simply logs into their business online banking account and access to the service is just a simple click away. It couldn’t be any easier to showcase this great tool as a complement to the It’s My Biz Online Banking platform and our business members are loving it.
