Flood e-Notice Enrollment

Want to reduce the cost of printing and mailing notices to your members? The Client Services and Education Team can help the Credit Union increase the number of e-Notice enrollments by performing this Database Flood in CU*BASE. The Credit Union can select from 3 different groups of members: (1) Members enrolled in e-Statements, (2) Members with an email address or (3) Members who accepted the EULA.

Overview

The Credit Union must select an “Effective Date” that falls on a weekday (M – F). On that requested date, the Client Services and Education Team will run the flood between the hours of 7:30 AM – midnight. There is no file maintenance needed by the Credit Union unless a member contacts them to “Opt Out” of e-Notices, so that they can switch back to receiving paper notices from CU*BASE. The Credit Union is responsible for all member communication before and after the flood. However, the Credit Union could partner with Xtend, Inc. to assist them with sending notifications to their members.
