Overview
Once the OpsEngine data center team receives an “Authorization to Submit Membership” form request from your credit union, we will work to process your request. Once the file has been transmitted, our team will provide confirmation via e-mail.
NOTE: If your request doesn’t follow the normal TruStage Insurance Program File Layout, please Request a Custom Query or Report with our Asterisk Intelligence Team instead.
Next Steps
Submit your “Authorization to Submit Membership” letter to get started. This form can be obtained from CUNA Mutual. This authorization letter is required by CU*Answers to proceed with your request.
Cost
$100 a month or $100/ occurrence if your credit union opts for a one-time file.
