This SSO to Eltropy is an online banking feature/module and once on the Eltropy side it gives credit unions the opportunity to chat with your members, once a member selects the option within online banking they will open in a new window to start the live chat process.  Once your order is placed, the IRSC team will be in touch to gather some credentials for the credit union and assist with setup.
