Overview
Most credit unions whom place check orders for members are instructed by their vendor to log into their website and to place the order. This means that staff must navigate to a separate website, login, and then enter the data for the member’s check order. With the CU*BASE and It’s Me 247 check order integrations this will save your staff time and reduce errors. Given that there is no rekeying of data this will mean less work for staff members whom are ordering checks and it also reduces the potential for errors when placing the order.

Schedule of Tasks/Order of Operations
After your order is placed, an Earnings Edge representative will reach out to discuss the process. The first step will be for your credit union will be to reach out to your check printing vendor and ensure that your credit union is configured to accept check orders through CU*BASE and It’s Me 247. After that, we will coordinate and configure the appropriate configurations for your credit union. We will then perform testing and work with your check printing vendor to ensure all configurations are set appropriately and after that a date can be scheduled for launching to all credit union staff. Most credit unions choose to activate check order integration through CU*BASE and then schedule a time for the check order integration to be launched within It’s ME 247.
