In the event of a disaster, connect your branch office, designated disaster recovery site or individual users to the Network Services Virtual Branch Private Cloud for secure access to your core applications, data and virtualized servers.

This solution includes 1 x virtual desktop recovered at the CU*Answers Cloud with a connection to CU*BASE and your Edoc ASP solution.

An annual, week-long test of the recovery solution mentioned above, will be scheduled by CU*Answers Network Services.

Known Limitations:

Signature pads are not supported in the Virtual Branch environment

Scanners are not supported in the Virtual Branch environment
