Zest AI Decision Model

Zest AI is a US-based technology company, headquartered in Burbank, California. Zest offers an AI decision engine that can be included for credit unions that use the FUEL Decision Model to send back a unique score and key factors that would populate on the current credit report human readable once activated.

The Zest score can also be used as criteria for approving or denying a loan application inside the FUEL platform. Credit unions can use a custom denial form, populate the Zest score and key factors that were part of the app decision on the form through the CU*Forms process.
