Zest AI is a US-based technology company, headquartered in Burbank, California. Zest offers an AI decision engine that can be included for credit unions that use the FUEL Decision Model.
You can add the Zest score as part of your decision workflows. The Zest score and key factors will show on your credit report detail. Those are also saved to a table that can print those values on a custom adverse action form.
Lender*VP and Zest will meet with you and offer suggestions and best practices for what criteria to use along with your Zest scores in each of your FUEL Decision Workflows. The setup fee Includes adding the Zest score to up to 5 decision workflows. Each additional workflow will be charged $100 each.
Lender*VP will also review all the new workflows with your team along with Zest prior to going live! We will also help you evaluate and dissect the new decision results after the first 2 weeks and after the first 30 days to help identify if any adjustments are needed to the criteria in the new decision workflows!
