Change Laser Corporate Check/Money Order Signature

If you wish for your laser printers to produce the signature(s) on your laser checks, an image must be produced on the iSeries. To produce this image, we will need a signature template for each signature that could appear.

For each signature, the signer must sign a blank piece of paper in four locations, scan, and upload below. DO NOT include a job title or anything other than the signature. A black gel-type pen will provide the best signature.

The usual turnaround is 3-5 business days.
