CU*Chat is a chat platform, powered by eDOC Innovations, that is built into the CBX loan application workflow. After your loan staff initiates and sends a chat, the borrower will receive a notification via text or email with a link for them to enter the chat portal. Once the borrower enters the chat room, they can have ongoing conversations, exchange information, and send any documentation needed to approve and close the loan. Any documents that the member sends in the chat (proof of income, proof of insurance, etc) will automatically be saved with the package associated with the loan – talk about saving time!
