Once contracted with Bankjoy, your Credit Union will need to order this integration product to connect CBX to Bankjoy via APIs.
This product includes the existing integration, plus the provisioning and configuration of a development environment for Bankjoy. To create this environment, your Credit union will need to sign a release of private data as well as an indemnification for CU*Answers (or your cuasterisk.com partner.)
Additional fees may apply, such as custom development for any APIs or integrations needed for your connectivity or certifications for existing third party connections.
Because Bankjoy is a third party, your credit must allow the release of your private data. This allows us to set up the test environment for Bankjoy to develop against. In addition, CU*Answers requires an indemnification document. The indemnification document is needed because, by choosing Bankjoy, there will be online banking and other features in CBX that are no longer used or may contain inaccurate information since they are tied to It’s Me 247 online banking.
