The Off Trial Balance (OTB) database receives key information from Student Choice via secure file transfer and delivers them directly to CBX. This information is immediately available to your members and they will quickly associate these extended services as direct credit union services, not a separate vendor, broker, etc. for whom they would normally be required to connect separately to for initially reviewing these accounts.
