CUDL is an indirect lending platform hosted by CU Direct. Applications will be worked from request to approval directly in the CUDL platform. This includes and dealer communication and dealer payment processing. Once an application is approved, it will be sent to CU*BASE for account opening and funding.

Overview:

CUDL offers a two-way communication with CU*BASE, allowing staff to search by SSN to import any existing member or non-member information to the CUDL application. The applications sent to CU*BASE are not amortized and import exactly as they were entered in CUDL. The only steps in CU*BASE required are membership opening where applicable and disbursing funds.
