Overview
Our CU*BASE integrated Instant Card Issue feature is provided through our business partnership with Entrust Datacard Group,a leader in the instant card issue marketplace, using their CardWizard Product. Instantly issuing your cards also drives member loyalty and leads to increased core deposit retention.
When a card is printed from CU*BASE the record is then sent to the CardWizard (Entrust Datacard Group’s software) server. When the plastic prints a skeleton record is sent to the credit unions EFT vendor. This creates the card shell and will allow the card to work immediately. Later that evening CU*Answers will send a record in the nightly batch maintenance file which will add the remaining member details to complete the card record at the credit unions EFT vendor.

- SettleMINT EFT will notify Entrust DataCard Group of your potential interest and they will contact you to determine the best solution for your credit union
- SettleMINT EFT will setup conference calls with all parties (Entrust DataCard Group, CU*Answers, and your vendor) until implementation is complete
A typical project takes 60-90 days for completion.
