Our analysts will provide you with CU*BASE queries to generate files which are ready to extract and send – all you need to do is work with your MXP representative to decide which members to target and Asterisk Intelligence will help you reach your goals! We can even schedule these queries to run automatically, for an additional fee. Periodic file transmissions are not included in this service and are the responsibility of the credit union. Once You Order:
Once you place your order, the Asterisk Intelligence Team will contact you to confirm your order details and provide an estimated timeline for completion. After the queries have been completed and stored in your QUERYxx library, an analyst will work with your team to schedule the applicable training, if necessary.
What You Receive
Once complete, you will be provided with a series of queries in your QUERYxx file library, along with a detailed summary of the queries and the training necessary to use them effectively. Periodic file transmissions and ongoing maintenance of the queries are not included in this service and are the responsibility of the credit union. By default, the output files will include all the fields required by MXP, as well as the following optional fields: Date of Birth, Membership Opening Date, Sex, Zip Code, and Credit Score.
