Credit unions leveraging the Enhanced Online Vault, or the InHouse Release Management service can sign up for this feature. With a click of the mouse, Credit Union staff can easily send members notifications to upload their proof of income, driver’s license, copy of insurance, title, or add their own custom request. Documents will then travel back to the credit union’s document storage for long-term retention.
Once signed up, an Imaging Solutions Account Executive will reach out to discuss next steps of implementation. The implementation process can take up to 7-14 days after all requirements have been met.
