CU*Answers will send a daily file to RouteOne for all vehicle loan categories.
The RouteOne Payoff Quote feature allows dealers to request payoff information on behalf of their customers through the RouteOne application.
Initiating a new payoff request allows the dealer to select the lender as well as the transaction type (retail, lease or balloon) and select the search criteria to be used for the account lookup (VIN, SSN or account number)
This file will include the payoff amount shown in tool #1325 using a 14-day payoff quote for those loans.
*This payoff quote will not contain any miscellaneous fees still owed on the account.
