A SWBC payment tool, available via a CU website link, for providing members an efficient and convenient way to make loan payments utilizing Debit/ Credit card, ACH payment options. This process may include 2 components: A Web Validation File sent from CU*Answers to SWBCCU*Answers receiving a secured (daily) posting file from SWBC. The file would include the payment amount and the associated loan account to post to. The file would also include a fee posting and would debit the member’s account.
Add a link to the SWiVEL payment portal within ItsMe247 online banking.
Batch file transmission and posting only
Please note: This integration does not contain special handling logic for interest only loans or 360/post loans. In cases like delinquency, multiple payments per month, etc, we highly recommend monitoring those loans closely as it is not guaranteed that payments will apply how the member intended in those cases.
