In this engagement we offer a schedule of trainings to introduce your credit unions data (how and where it’s stored), how to access it, the toolkits that support data strategies (analysis, reporting, management), and resources to pursue continued learning beyond the scope of this initial engagement. Data specialists can be in roles dedicated to data analysis or data management, or they can be folks who are taking on another “hat” of learning data in addition to their main role at the credit union today. Topics and trainings from this engagement will serve as a solid foundation for any data specialist to build upon as they settle into their new duties.
OPTION A – 8 weeks online, at 60 minutes per week
OPTION B – 3 months online at 120 minutes per month (two 60-minute sessions each month)
OPTION C – 6 hours on-site at your credit union during a single scheduled day
