Tune-Up: Automated Queries

In this engagement the Asterisk Intelligence team will review any currently automated queries, and any list of non-automated queries that you wish to set up within the automation scheduler. The Asterisk Intelligence team will present the current inventory of your automated queries, areas of weakness or in need of troubleshooting, and recommendations to resolve or improve both queries and procedure. Scope of recommendations typically includes:

• Non-automated queries that could benefit from being automated.
• Adjustments to query settings or automation configurations.
• Procedural changes as needed for managing automated queries in future.
