Off Trial Balance

Critical to relationship management is a complete picture of the credit union member relationship. Some products, such as credit cards, special mortgages, and investment services,, are often outside the normal trial balance products tracked by CBX, handled through manual balance sheet entries and tracked through a third party source. The Off Trial Balance (OTB) database is designed to take key information about these types of credit union relationships, deliver it to CBX, and make available to your members and credit union staff.
