Stephanie has been working in the credit union field since 1999, starting her CU*Answers career as a member of the Client Service and Education Team member. Stephanie recently joined the Earnings Edge team and over the years assisted in the launch of the Cards & Payments brand, worked as a Quality Control Analyst, and spent many years on the Client Services and Education team, most recently as Account Executive and Team Lead.
Having spent most of her career in leadership, Stephanie is most proud of the experience and knowledge she has gained of the credit union industry. Personally, Stephanie has assisted multiple credit unions during their conversion to CU*Answers flagship core platform CU*BASE with a focus on education and day-to-day operations. In her role with the BizLink team, Stephanie will help credit unions to benefit from her expertise in a wide variety of ways including Deposit Product Development, Business Online Banking Implementations, and examining approaches for excellence in the world of serving business members.
