The Earnings Edge team will then map out all existing certificate products and map out the vision for the desired changes. If those desired changes require programming resources, the Earnings Edge team will initiate all the necessary projects with our DHD team and coordinate the details. From the time your project begins, we will meet at intervals to ensure the design and the configuration changes are meeting your credit union’s expectations. Should any testing or validation need to occur, the Earnings Edge team will coordinate all necessary testing and validation opportunities between your credit union and the DHD team.
