The Query
You will receive a single query named TKINVEMAIL, created within your library and connected to your data. Once it is established in your library, it is yours to use, manage, maintain, and delete later if you wish. You also receive documentation of how the query string is defined and criteria it uses to find and define the member’s most recent score.
Data History: History is available for 10 years plus current month. Default query setting is to pull the current month, but you can customize the date range filter if you wish.
Data Timing: Results are a record at the point in time of the maintenance occurring and may not represent the actual state of email availability or accuracy on the member at the time of processing the query.
Once the query is set up by the Asterisk Intelligence Team, they will also process the entire query string so that the first output file is created.

The File
This query module will produce a file named TKINVEMAIL in your QUERYxx library. The file will contain a list of the tracker entries logged on memberships which had an email address removed based on the following criteria:
- Tracker entry is from the current month to-date
- Tracker entry is on the AT – Audit Tracker
- Tracker entry is logged with the EI – Email Invalid memo type
- Tracker entry is created by employee ID 92 – CU*Answers Programming Support
Data Note: Although likely rare since these trackers are recent, the results may include closed members. It is possible that some memberships found on this tracker log will be closed by the time you review the data.

- Account Base
- Tracker Created Date
- Tracker Created Time
- Tracker Employee ID
- Contact Member Name
- Tracker Text
- Tracker Type Code
- Memo Type Code
