Activate LoanPay Xpress in Online Banking/Mobile App

For credit unions who currently offer LoanPay Xpress through Magic Wrighter, you can now activate this as a module through online banking and your credit union mobile app for members to make payments via credit/debit cards to their qualifying loans. Once your order is placed, the IRSC team will be in touch with activating this feature for your credit union and configuring this for your members via CU Publisher.

Members will be able to pay using VISA Debit and MasterCard Debit and Credit.

Listed below are items that the credit union will need to complete for this setup:

• Credit Union needs to have CU*Answers send a daily loan file to MagicWrighter
• If not already in production, place store order through the DHD team.
• Credit Union needs to complete A2A setup forms through the IRSC team.
• Credit Union needs to reach out to MagicWrighter to complete all forms they require
• Credit Union needs to submit a “store order” to our IRSC team to complete configuration / set-up process
