You can choose to be an issuer (allowing your members to go to other credit unions who participate within the CO-OP National Shared Branch), Acquirer (allowing other credit union members to access their account within your financial institution), or both! With this product, your members will be thanking you in no time!

Overview

The Co-Op National Shared Branch Network allows credit union members all over the United States access to their funds, with several different Co-Op Shared Branch locations, and ATM’s! Your members will no longer need to worry about traveling out of state, as with Co-Op’s shared branching locator, your members will feel at ease knowing they will have access to their funds wherever they go!

What’s Included

The Cards and Payments team will work alongside with CO-OP and your credit union to discuss the project, set configurations, converse how shared branching will work for your members, as well as provide training for your front-line staff.

Who all needs to attend: Accounting staff/back office personnel, as well as front-line staff who will be assisting members with transactions.

What is needed: Just Zoom and you!
