We are very happy with the program. It’s simple to use internally and to advertise to our members. There are no websites to host and pay for, and no reward fulfillment to deal with.
We do 2% on purchases. This year, we decided to offer and widely promote a special bonus cashback rate of 3% for November and December to try to capture the holiday spend. We focused on being the front of wallet choice. Of course, the trick to cashback is to build card balances. That will be a never-ending task.
The staff has been great to work with on implementation and training, and they are always working on new features and options.
