CU*Talk is an automated telephone teller your members can use 24/7 to inquire on balances, perform transfers, and review current dividends and rates. CU*Talk is offered as a standard number, or for an additional fee, a dedicated number for your credit union. A Spanish-language option is also available at no additional charge. If you wish to update or upgrade your CU*Talk, check out with this product to speak to a Client Service Representative who can discuss the options your credit union has available.
Schedule of Tasks
A minimum of six weeks lead time is required if a dedicated CU*Talk number is requested, and at least a week for all other changes.
How it Works
A Client Service Representative will contact you in regards to the specific changes you wish to enable on your CU*Talk. Once the requested changes have been confirmed, the Client Service Representative will coordinate with other teams to enact the changes.
