We are aware FIS is offering credit unions the ability to move from these platforms onto Payments 1 directly. FIS has advised us that they do not plan to add any additional features to the older platforms and that the Payments 1 platform has enhanced fraud features. We are sure there are more benefits to the move and would recommend you reach out to your FIS rep for additional information.
We want you to know we support the move! This project is involved and would be considered similar to a vendor change project on our side. This means that we would have to move your card processor form one vendor to another (even though you may think you are on the Payments 1 platform already). CU*Answers is committed to our CUSO, and has put together special pricing of $7,500.00.
What you will get:
- A SettleMINT conversion coordinator and programmer will be assigned to the project.
- Weekly conference calls with your credit union, SettleMINT, and your vendors.
- SettleMINT will do the testing of the conversion data and provide a clean up report.
- SettleMINT will convert the data on a date that was selected and ensure cards are working.
