Mortgage & Escrow Training

Through this engagement, we will provide training on both mortgage and escrow processing that fits your specific needs. We will review your mortgage loan categories and products for you. We will train you on how to properly process payments and adjustments as well as reversals, and how to handle payoffs, both for 360 and 365 Mortgages.

If you offer escrow accounts, training is available on how to open an escrow account and build the disbursement records and how to handle the ongoing escrow disbursements. In addition, we will make sure you are prepared to create your annual escrow analysis.
