Once received, your Project Coordinator will notify our Contact Updates group which is an internal distribution group for CU*Answers. This may result in a follow up interaction from our Accounting Team and/or our Network Services Team.
The Client Services and Education Team will then update:
- Tool #176 – Branch Office Configuration
- Tool #1008 – Your Customer Profile
- Tool #497 – Member Connect Marketing Tools, if applicable.
- Tool #1784 – Corporate ID Maintenance, if applicable.
