Big moving plans? If your Credit Union is relocating a branch, allow the Client Services and Education Team to assist with the configuration changes in CU*BASE. Simply provide the requested information below. The information collected will be used to change the branch data based on the Effective Date entered. Respectfully, we request at least 30 days prior to implement the system and network configuration changes needed.

Step 1 of 3

Once received, your Project Coordinator will notify our Contact Updates group which is an internal distribution group for CU*Answers. This may result in a follow up interaction from our Accounting Team and/or our Network Services Team.

The Client Services and Education Team will then update:

  • Tool #176 – Branch Office Configuration
  • Tool #1008 – Your Customer Profile
  • Tool #497 – Member Connect Marketing Tools, if applicable.
  • Tool #1784 – Corporate ID Maintenance, if applicable.
