Overview
The Client Services and Education Team can use the information collected from the New Branch Form to update CBX on behalf of your credit union. This includes coordination with the Network Services Team. The CSR Team will be responsible for updating the following Tools: #176 Branch Office Description/Modeling Controls and #1008 Your Customer Profile.

Please complete the New Branch Form and return to CU*Answers Client Services at least 30 days prior to your desired configuration date.
