Overview
The Client Services and Education Team can use the information collected from the New Branch Form to update CU*BASE on behalf of your credit union. This includes coordination with the Network Services Team. The CSR Team will be responsible for updating the following Tools: #176 Branch Office Description/Modeling Controls and #1008 Your Customer Profile.

Please complete the New Branch Form and return to CU*Answers Client Services at least 30 days prior to your desired configuration date.
