Overview
The team at CU*Answers will work with you and your team to design and facilitate a tabletop exercise to address the specific needs of your credit union, whether you’re launching a new Business Continuity program, or want to take your program to the next level. A schedule of regular tabletop exercises helps provide the continuous improvements you need in addition to strengthening the response and recovery capabilities of your organization.
The basic package includes a one-time 60-90-minute tabletop exercise that begins with an awareness presentation to ensure that all participants are on the same page when it comes to preparedness planning. The event then transitions into a scenario-based simulated exercise unique to your credit union operations. Options include bundling multiple exercises for both business continuity and incident response over the course of a year to help keep awareness levels current.
To achieve the goal of continuous improvement, an ongoing schedule of exercises designed to build on the previous event is recommended. Upon ordering the Business Continuity Tabletop Exercise, a certified expert from CU*Answers will contact you to determine the best solution and provide a customized statement of work to help meet your needs.
