Complete Care is CU*Answers Network Services flagship information technology (IT) services bundle designed for the unique needs of credit unions. See description below for more details on available services. Services are individually selectable.

Opting in to Complete Care can include the following services charged monthly:

    Operating System (Microsoft): $8/Core
    Internet Bandwidth: $20/Mo per 5 x hosted Virtual Machines (VMs)
    Firewall Hosting (Fortinet): $50/Mo per 40F model firewall
  • Server Management (Kaseya): $50/server
  • Workstation Management (Kaseya): $12/workstation

Helpdesk
