Implementation Details

On submission of your order, you will receive a link to download a zip folder containing the snippet for this specific widget. From there, your developer will need to make appropriate space for the widget and adhere to the conditions, limitations, and technical restrictions of the widget based on the details mentioned above.

If your website is hosted and maintained by the CU*Answers Web Services team, you can open a ticket by emailing web_services@cuanswers.com, providing the widget you would like to use and the location on the site you would like it to be placed. Keep in mind that some adjustments to the organization of your website may be necessary to integrate the widget.

Your credit union must use this Online Banking Widget in an iframe or use an HTML link or button directly to It’s Me 247 Online Banking. There are security features included that cannot be reproduced by creating a traditional HTML form. If you are seeking a unique, custom solution, you may contact the Developer’s Help Desk and explore API or custom development options at a cost to your credit union.

Customization

Your login button colors can be changed via CU Publisher.

Override the font color to improve contrast on dark backgrounds:

The fc query string override will change the text font color on Security Questions and subsequent steps. If you want to change the links or buttons colors, these colors are managed in CU Publisher. Also note, setting the secondary color in CU Publisher to white (#FFFFFF) is not recommended as the background on the It’s Me 247 Login Pages are white and are not customizable.

To use the overlay login option the iframe src would be:
https://www.itsme247.com/{CUID}/authentication/username?overlay=1&trim=0

The overlay option is generally used on websites using popup modals as it hides the background image selected in CU Publisher.

The trim=0 query string parameter is required when passing a query string to the iframe. This prevents the online banking website from truncating the passed parameters.

For Credit Unions using BizLink 247

For credit unions using BizLink 247 for your business members, the v query string parameter allows you to target the specific logins.

Please note, your credit union must have enabled and configured BizLink 247 for these options to make sense.

Valid options for the v parameter are:

itsme-only

Shows only the It’s Me 247 Online Banking login option. This is also the default if no v parameter is provided.

ibiz-only

Shows only the BizLink 247 login option.

itsme

Shows both It’s Me 247 Online Banking and BizLink 247 login options, but defaults to the It’s Me 247 login tab.

biz

Shows both It’s Me 247 Online Banking and BizLink 247 login options, but defaults to the BizLink 247 login tab.

This product is also know as Direct Login Widget or DLW.
