Positive Pay for Business Memberships


Monthly Fee per Enrolled Business Checking Account - $15/Month

If your credit union is working with business memberships, the Positive Pay toolkit will provide your credit union with an opportunity to prevent fraudulent activity from posting to a business member’s checking account. This online tool, that is accessible through It’s My Biz, allows the business member to upload the checks they have written, and/or to manually enter the checks they have written. Any other check that attempts to clear (that is not on the Positive pay list for that business checking account…) will kick out as an exception for the business member to review on a daily basis.

What BizLink will do

  • Send Positive Pay contract to your credit union
  • Activate the Positive Pay toolkit for your credit union
  • Work with the credit union to add the first business membership to the Positive Pay toolkit

What the Credit Union Will Do

  • Sign the Positive Pay contract
  • Assign a program manager. This person agrees to work with the BizLink agent to identify the appropriate credit union resources to be involved
  • Establishes a timeline in which to start and complete the project
  • Create a disclosure that will be provided to business members as they enroll into Positive Pay
  • Activate It’s My Biz (if not already activated)

What Happens After My Order Is Received

  • The BizLink team will reach out to discuss the action plan and milestones
