If you are trying to evaluate a particular period and do not see the expected data, we can assist with loading that month-end tape and re-running the report for you to populate the data for the missing month(s). Please specify the months you wish to have loaded. The Operations Team can restore EOM Files within 7 Years from Current Month.

*The restored files will be deleted from the system automatically with End-of-Month processing in CU*BASE. Be cautious with submitting requests near the Last Day of the Month as files may be cleared before you have a chance to re-run your report(s).
*Unfortunately, we cannot restore files during an HA Rollover. If your request is received during an HA Rollover, we will process the request after we roll back to PROD.

Overview:

Need to analyze all active memberships for prior months? Please submit a Store Order to have certain files (up to 6 EOM files) restored up to 7 years.
