Overview

Once the CSR team receives an “Authorization to Submit Membership” form request from your credit union, we will work with the Operations team to process your request. Once the file has been transmitted, our team will provide confirmation through AnswerBook.

NOTE: If your request doesn’t follow the normal TruStage Insurance Program File Layout, please Request a Custom Query or Report with our Asterisk Intelligence Team instead.
